These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the wInk PMU Studio website and your booking of any appointment or service with us. By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

wInk PMU Studio provides permanent makeup and related cosmetic tattoo services, including but not limited to brows, lips, faux freckles, and lash/brow treatments. A free consultation is included with every service to confirm suitability, expectations, and pricing before any procedure begins.

Booking & Appointments

• Appointments may be booked through our online scheduler or by contacting us directly.
• Some services may require a deposit or payment at time of booking to secure your appointment.
• Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule.
• You must be 18 years or older to receive permanent makeup services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid and may affect your ability to book future appointments.

Health & Eligibility

Certain health conditions, medications, allergies, and circumstances (including but not limited to pregnancy, breastfeeding, active skin conditions in the treatment area, blood-thinning medication, and certain cosmetic procedures) may affect your eligibility for treatment or require medical clearance. You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information accurately during your consultation. We reserve the right to decline or postpone service if we determine it is not safe or appropriate to proceed.

Results & Healing

Permanent makeup is a cosmetic tattoo procedure, and results vary by individual based on skin type, aftercare, lifestyle, and other factors. Initial results appear more saturated during healing and soften over 4–6 weeks to reveal the final color and shape. We do not guarantee a specific outcome. Following aftercare instructions is essential to achieving the best possible healed result, and non-compliance with aftercare may affect results and is not grounds for a refund. Touch-up appointments, where included, are subject to the timelines described for each service.

Payment

Pricing for each service is listed on our website and confirmed at consultation; final pricing may vary based on the specifics of your treatment. Payments are processed securely through our booking and payment providers.

The content on this website, including text, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to wInk PMU Studio and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, wInk PMU Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
