Permanent brows and lip blush typically last 1–3 years depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and sun exposure. Faux freckles are designed to fade gradually over 1–2 years. Lash lifts and brow lamination last 6–8 weeks. Touch-ups help maintain vibrancy over time.

Most people are great candidates! A free consultation is included with every service so we can review your skin type, goals, and any concerns. We recommend avoiding if you are pregnant, nursing, on blood thinners, or have certain skin conditions, we'll cover all of this during your consultation.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Come to your appointment with a clean face, no makeup on the treatment area. Avoid alcohol, aspirin, and blood-thinning supplements for 24 hours before. For lip services, stay hydrated and avoid Botox or fillers for 2+ weeks prior. Full prep instructions will be sent after booking.

What is the healing process like?

Initial healing takes 7–14 days for brows and lips. During this time the pigment may look darker or more intense before settling into its true healed color. Avoid makeup on the treated area, sun exposure, and excessive sweating during healing. Full aftercare instructions are provided at your appointment.

Will I need more than one session?

For PMU services (brows and lips), a follow-up touch-up session is often recommended 6–8 weeks after the initial procedure. This allows Shellaise to assess the healed result and make any refinements. Follow-up pricing is listed separately in the services menu.

Can I wear makeup after my procedure?

Accepted Answer

For the first 7–14 days, avoid applying makeup directly to the treated area. Once fully healed, you are absolutely free to apply makeup over your PMU. Most clients find they need significantly less makeup once their PMU has healed.
